How can I get my item(s) personalized?
1. Select the Quantity.
2. Select the font from the drop down list. Sample font style shown in the item pictures. If not engraving, select "No Engraving".
3. Add the personalization instructions in the field provided.
4. Add to Cart and complete the order.
* If ordering more than 1 item, please specify personalization for each item.
Do you engrave custom artwork or logos?
Yes! Please message us for a custom order request. For logos & other artwork without a workable .AI, .EPS, or .SVG file, we charge a $30 fee to recreate the artwork for engraving.
We will create a custom order to include the artwork fee. Once the order is placed, we re-create the artwork, then send it to you for approval. If approved, we will engrave the item you ordered and ship it out to you.
If you already have the artwork and can email it to us at engravedtouchsales@gmail.com, we can waive the artwork fee. If the file is not a workable file, we will contact you and work with you to get the appropriate file.
For custom artwork and logos please allow 1 week for processing.
How quickly can you ship my order?
We do our best to ship items next day if possible even if processing time shows more than 1 day.
We also combine any separate orders for shipping if more than 1 item is purchased separately and shipping to the same address.
Currently, due to the pandemic, international orders are taking longer to reach customers due to current world events. Thank you for your patience.
